After a high-stress career in the art world left me overworked and unfulfilled, I took matters into my own hands. I found yoga in Hong Kong, and did my first yoga teacher training. I was satisfied on the ego level but knew my soul wanted something more. I wanted to go deeper. To heal. To profoundly touch the lives of others. Now, with nearly 20 years of business experience and over 12 years of yoga teaching, I guide women deep into their souls to ignite a fulfilling life and successful business.
