I wanted to dive even deeper into the spiritual side. The side that makes lasting change. That was the life on my vision board. A life of making an impact, healing, and helping other women radically transform on a soul level.
So I quit my job, moved, got a divorce, and dove into my shadows. I faced spiritual death, massive transitions, and all manner of life pivots, then alchemized them into teachings that I use to guide you as you navigate the heavy sh*t that’s weighing on your heart.
With 15 years of business experience and over 10 years of yoga study, teaching and experience, I combine the spiritual and the real world to help you move through both life and business.
My journey didn’t start as a healer. But being born in New Orleans, I’ve always had a thing for embracing the dark and mystical side of life.
My career started with working long hours in the art industry. Although I loved the creativity, expression, and fast pace, the long hours left me feeling burned out and unfulfilled. I was living in Hong Kong at the time, so I pursued my yoga teaching training there in an attempt to initiate my own healing and fulfillment.
I was getting there, yet still satisfied my ego with the intense work, superficial glam and long hours, neglecting my soul again. I developed health problems from the stress and knew a pivot was inevitable (and exciting!).
HEALING is my soul purpose.
In a world riddled with eternal light, limitless love, and boundless positivity -- it’s easy to think that your shadows don’t belong in your success story.
But they not only belong. They push you deeper and propel you forward.
In my life, true change came from leaning into darkness. It came from shedding rose-tinted glasses and looking at my desires, ego, shadow and soul.
It came from, among much, trauma, divorce, anxiety, and one hell of a journey and wild ride.
So instead of tucking it away and only making room for endless happiness, I walked into the shadows, ready to uncover what my spirit was hungry for.
And the more I stepped into the shadows, the easier it was to emerge into my light and ignite the fulfilling life I knew I was capable of.
